Senior Branch Manager, Supervisory Principal

Ernest Tannis currently serves as one of Level Four’s Supervisory Principals/Branch Managers. Ernest began his career in the financial services industry in 1998, working as a financial advisor with the former American Express Financial Advisors in Virginia Beach, VA and later relocated to Atlanta, GA, to join E*TRADE Financial as a relationship manager. After seven years of working directly with customers, Ernest joined E*TRADE’s training department, and subsequently associated with Morgan Stanley as a national implementation trainer. Immediately prior to joining Harbor he held a compliance and supervision role with IFS Securities. Ernest is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he proudly served for six years and is a certified paralegal.
